Each year, Diners Club International® hosts the elite Pro-Am Classic golf event exclusively for Diners Club International® cardmembers. We’re excited to return in our 32nd year to the world-class destination Camiral Golf & Wellness in Spain.
Select cardmembers from across the globe qualify to play in this 36-hole tournament over two courses at a five-star golfing resort. Since the tournament began in 1991, it has welcomed cardmembers from across the globe including Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Argentina, Italy, Germany, Austria, Spain, Slovenia, Serbia, Finland, Poland, Norway, Denmark, Croatia, India, Singapore, South Africa, Korea, the United Arab Emirates, and China.
The Diners Club International Pro-Am Classic grand final has been staged at world-class golfing destinations in South Africa, Spain, Portugal, the USA, Mauritius, and the UAE. To celebrate the 32nd year, we’re returning to the distinguished city of Girona, in Catalunya, Spain. Acclaimed for its rich history, and as the gastronomic capital of the country, Girona is also home to the number one golf course in Spain—the Stadium Course at Camiral Golf & Wellness.
Diners Club began its proud history in 1950, all because a man named Frank McNamara had dinner in a New York restaurant but left his cash in another suit, leaving him unable to pay the bill. He resolved never to be embarrassed again and founded Diners Club.
Today, Diners Club International Ltd. is a direct banking and payment services company owned by Discover Financial Services (NYSE:DFS), one of the most recognized brands in US financial services. We provide a range of payment options, benefits, and exclusive offers—in partnership with leading merchants, restaurants, and service-industry brands around the world. Diners Club membership is for the select global citizen who wants to experience the best the world has to offer.

Amble through the cobblestone roads that lead you to stunning medieval architecture, ancient walls, and Roman remains, all on the banks of the Onyar River. This historic getaway is a short drive from the glittering beaches of Costa Brava, and a 40-minute train ride from the bustling metropolis of Barcelona.
No luxury is spared at Camiral Golf & Wellness. You will stay at the 5-star Hotel Camiral, a haven of tranquility featuring a sleek, contemporary exterior contrasting with a richly textured and sumptuous interior, offering luxury, comfort, and tasteful elegance, all nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The hotel also houses a state of the art Spa and Gym, and offers a range of leisure activities across the resort.
Ranked number 1 in Spain and number 4 in Europe, this is a tough and challenging golfing masterpiece which is admired by golfers from all over the world. You will have the privilege to play the tournament’s first round on this magnificent course which has hosted the Spanish Open four times and was originally designed with a view to hosting the Ryder Cup.
Camiral Golf & Wellness offers two Championship standard courses on site. The Tour Course is spectacularly beautiful, yet a little kinder than its older brother, The Stadium. The Tour Course features pine trees, lakes, and slightly wider fairways with strategically placed bunkers, making it a worthy challenge and a rising star of this world-leading resort. This course will host the practice and final rounds of the Pro-Am.
Both courses are designed to be played with golf carts.
